The Thomas Edison Invention Challenge began in 2011 to provide a forum to showcase the ingenuity of students while learning about alternative energy and Thomas Edison.
The Challenge has involved hundreds of students who strive to build our tomorrow and be the next Thomas Edison. While the competition started out as just with NJ schools it has now gone virtual and involves schools from around the world. Over 50 schools in 2 countries and over 13 states now participate. This is only set to grow in the next few years!
Winners receive awesome Maker Prizes & 3D printers!
